To enable us to prepare your room as well as possible, check-in start at 4.00 pm.
Our reception is open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends.
Upon check-in, you will be given a key card. This card will allow you to access the hotel through the night entrance as well as your room.
Rooms and common areas are cleaned every day. We attach great importance to cleanliness, and if you notice any errors or anomalies, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Your room is decorated and equipped with your well-being mind. Zn inventory is taken before each guest’s arrival.
In the event of a technical problem, and despite our daily efforts, please do not hesitate to contact us if you notice a malfunction in the equipment at your disposal. Ou technical department will do its utmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Lost and found items are kept for one year and one day. To recover them, please contact the reception.
If you are travelling with your baby, you can provide a range of childcare accessories on request :
You can also heat your meals and bottles on the microwave, please ask the reception in necessary.
You are traveling by bike and you would like your bike to be sheltered during your stay at the hotel, do not hesitate to ask at reception, we have a place for you.
Free WIFI throughout the hotel, just connect, no passeword required.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
It is served in the form of a continental buffet in our breakfast room, the first room next to the hotel’s day entrance.
Please note that the buffet is all-you-can-eat, but that all food must be eaten on the permises and not taken out of the breakfat room.The cost is 14.00 euros per person, 10.00 euros for children under the age of 10.

L’orée des Plages hotel is committed to sustainable tourism. You can help us by adopting a few simple eco-gestures :
Remember to turn the taps off tightly and not leave the water unnecessarily. In teh event of a leak, do not hesitate to notify our staff. To limit laundry pollution, we change your sheets and towels at your request or every 3 days.
Only leave dirty linen on the bathroom floor, if you wish to keep it, leave it hanging.
For longer stays, please inform reception if you don not wih to have your sheets changed.
We ask you to preserve the quality of the water by not flushing down the toilet of washbasin any products that could interfere with the purification plant ( cigarette butts, organic matter, periodical protection.
Be sure to close the windows when heating is on.
Turn off lights ans TV when you go out.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
We accept payment by cash, credit card ans vacation vouchers.

We remind our customers that the entire establishment is non-smoking and that in the event of the fire alarm being triggered or visual observation, a penalty of 68€ may be imposed in order to restore the room to its original state (smell of smoke or other).
For the safety of our guests and staff, evacuation drills are regularly organized. If one of these drills is organized during your stay, you will be informed on arrival. If you haven’t received any information and the alarm sounds, it’s an emergency situation.
Stay calm in an emergency and notify reception immediately. Avoid running in corridors andpublic areas.
To find the nearest emergency exit, consult the building map.
Leave the room immediately.

The emergency exit signs will show you the way.
All rooms have a fire escape plan located behind the room door. For your safety, we advise you to look around the hotel and locate the emergency exits. Our hotel is also equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
If you discover a fire, call reception immediately on the number displayed on the hotel’s SAS terminal. If you don’t get an immediate response, call the fire department on 18 using your telephone.
If the fire alarm goes off, check your room door before opening it. If the door is too hot to touch, stay in your room and immediately contact the fire department on 18, then if possible the reception desk. Otherwise, evacuate immediately to the outside parking lot.
If you leave your room because a fire has broken out in the hotel, do not open the windows.
